To make sure every patient receives individual attention, we set aside dedicated time for each appointment. If you have to cancel an appointment, we ask you to give us 24 hours’ notice.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- First short notice cancellation – no charge, but the cancellation will be recorded in your notes.
- Second short notice cancellation – a charge will be made of 50% of your treatment costs.
- Third short notice cancellation – we will charge the full cost of the treatment.
We do appreciate that occasionally a cancellation is unavoidable, perhaps due to illness or an emergency and, in such cases, you may not be able to give us as much notice.
