When you join The Gallery Dental and Implant Centre Privilege Plan, the cost of your regular appointments are reduced and are spread throughout the year, so you don’t have to pay at each visit. In fact the cost works out at just a few affordable pence per day. As a The Gallery Dental and Implant Centre Privilege Plan member, you will also enjoy reductions in the cost of any dental treatment when required.
Apart from access to exclusive benefits and discounts, becoming a member of the plan, ensures your dental care is tailored to meet your personal needs, at intervals that your dentist or hygienist has decided are clinically necessary. This means we can help you to achieve and maintain good oral health within an affordable monthly budget for you and your family.

We offer a range of ways to pay for your dental care and treatment. You can either ‘pay as you go’ or spread the cost with one of our flexible payment plans. Children under 18 can be treated for free under the NHS at our sister practice Meadow Walk Dental. Students in full-time education can benefit from half-price oral health examinations and hygiene appointments (simply present your student ID).
Pay As You Go
We normally take payment at the end of each appointment. We are happy to accept payment by cash, debit or credit card.
If you are looking to spread the cost of your treatment, we can discuss this with you as part of your dental assessment.
Each case is unique and we aim, where possible, to take your budget into account.
We can provide you with 0% Finance up to 1 year for all your treatments. Terms and conditions apply. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

We have payment plans available:
£25.83 per month (Privilege Plan Essential Care) for adults
Both the above plans also have discounts fees for some treatments. Please call the practice to receive full details. Denplan is a tailored plan covering some treatments and is priced individually to meet your oral health needs.

Deposits, Cancellations and Failed to Attend Policy
To ensure each patient receives individual attention, we set aside dedicated time for each appointment.
Deposits are taken at the time of the appointment booking for all services excluding existing patient routine examinations.
- £30 for hygiene appointments
- £50 for new patient examinations
- £50 for new patient Emergency appointments
- £50 for Invisalign Consultations
- £50 for Implant Consultations
- £500 for first implant appointment (treatment)
Cancellations and failed to attend appointments
In the event you find it necessary to cancel an appointment, we ask you to provide us with 24 hours working days’ notice to avoid losing your deposit.
Repeated cancellations/failed to attend appointments with less than 24 hours working day cancellations
The clinician may refuse further appointments and your treatment continuity due to continued lost time which affected the availability for other patients.
Patients with Membership Plans
Patients on Membership Plans do not need to pay deposits for their hygiene appointments.
Missed or late cancellations count as one of your planned allocated appointments.
